A new SESAME brochure is now available, highlighting the synchrotron facility’s scientific capabilities, representative research applications and growing international impact across fields, including cultural heritage, environmental science, materials science and health.
The SESAME brochure 2026 can be accessed here.
Although SUNSTONE is a CSA activity and, as such, is not expected to generate experimental data per se, a data management plan is required in consideration of the overall activities which include harvesting personal data for workshop registration, for example.
The deliverable 1.1 can be checked here.
The Deliverable D1.2 outlines the communication strategy for the SUNSTONE Project, along with the methodology and tools that all participating partners should use for disseminating and communicating their activities. It sets the objectives for the communication and dissemination strategies, provides common guidelines for these activities and details the actions already taken since the project's inception and those planned throughout its lifecycle.
This deliverable updates SESAME’s medium-term scientific plan, outlining a dual strategy of consolidation and strategic expansion. Whilst key infrastructure upgrades from the 2023–2027 Strategic Plan remain incomplete due to funding constraints, their implementation remains a top priority to ensure operational stability, performance optimisation and international competitiveness.
The Deliverable D2.1, Communication and social media strategy including KPI cockpit, presents a coherent and strategic internal and external communication plan for the SESAME synchrotron facility in Jordan.
This document, Deliverable 3.1, is the “Initial training plan and prospects, term of reference for twinning programme”, and provides a general description of the training plan in the context of Work Package 3 of the SUNSTONE project, “SESAME as a training centre”.
